Customer is responsible for draining the spa and moving it to the curbside for pick up, just as it was delivered. Steps and cover must be included and in the good, working condition outside of normal wear and tear.

** Margaritaville Hot Tubs reserves the right to refuse pick up of any spa if it is damaged beyond "reasonable wear and tear" or if it is not returned empty and positioned at the curbside for pick up.
